  • Reach is the total number of people who see your content. Impressions are the number of times your content is displayed, no matter if it was clicked on or not. Think of your reach as the number of unique people who see your content.

  • It depends on the results you're aiming to achieve. Essentially, you have to pay to play on social media so the more money you put behind an advertisment, the more people you can potentially reach.

Do you brand a business first or start with marketing?

  • Branding is the core of your entire marketing strategy, so it's a must that we brand your business first then market your brand second.

What social media platforms do you specialize in?

  • YC Creative Enterprise specializes in two social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram, but we have the capabilities to market on other platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn.

What's the difference between copywriting and copyright?

  • Copywriting is the process of writing advertising promotional materials, such as brochures, billboards, websites, emails, advertisements, catalogs, and so much more. This text is known as “copy." Copywriting should not be confused with "copyright."

  • To copyright means an individual or company has the exclusive legal right to reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute someone’s work (such as books, music, artistic items). You copyright to protect that material and prevent illegal use of it by unauthorized agents.

  • A minimum of 1 hour per session with a one month coaching contract.

  • A minimum of 3 months, but it can be extended for a longer period of time.

  • It varies. YC Creative Enterprise does not guarantee results, but we do make every effort to ensure our client’s satisfaction. We promise to over exceed your expectations of what your marketing team should be doing for you.

 

The Social Media Management Process

1. Interest Form & Clarity Session

First-time clients are required to complete an interest form and also a quick 15 to 30-minute social media consultation to help us get a better understanding of your marketing needs. At this time we discuss your expectations, goals and previous marketing tactics, then determine how YC Creative Enterprise can assist you in your business growth. This is your opportunity to learn more about us and you can either accept or decline services. 

2. Website and Social Media Audit

Upon completion of the initial consultation, we conduct an analysis of your website and social media pages (if any) which helps determine your proposed social media management quote. 

3. Proposed Social Media Management Quote, Contract & Invoice

Our proposed social media management quote outlines the analysis of your accounts, which platforms will be best to achieve your campaign goals, deadlines, and costs associated with the campaign. Upon acceptance of the quote, a $100 fee will be assessed as a deposit for your services. This fee will be subtracted from your first month's bill of services. Upon completion and receipt of the project proposal, we will follow up within 24-48 hours. 

4. Social Media Questionnaire & Brand Consultation

Once you accept our services, we have you complete a social media questionnaire to obtain access to your social media accounts and outline the ins and outs of your business for our management purposes. The brand consultation will go over all the items needed to market your brand and increase your bottom line. We will also cover the next steps in process and the completion of your social media questionnaire.
